Arrived at Kamloops 📅September.9th
We arrived at Kamloops！ This is my first time to visit Kamloops.
I am looking forward to living in Canada
I met my host family. My host sister write the welcome board in Japanese. I felt so happy!

Go to downtown in Kamloops 📅September.12thw
We went to downtown with Tarun. He is a activity instractor.

Indoor Rock Climbing 📅September.28th
We went to the Indoor Rock Climbing . We can go to high place. And we try any rock!
It was very hard for me but exciting!

Vancouver Trip 📅September22nd to 24th
Day1
I went to Gastown Steam Clock with my friends. There are many people who coming to sightseeing. The clock is very big and I felt the history.
After that, we went to the souvenir stores. I was able to the souvenirs I wanted. We bought matching key chain and now we have it on our own backpack.
In “Fly Over Canada” , we ride an attraction. It was very fun! We could look over Canada views through the images from the sky.
Day2
In the morning, we went to the outlet moll. I bought a sweeter. After that, we went to “Granville island”. We got in the water taxi to go to there. In this island, we could see many shops which sell many kind of foods, foods from various countries, spices and so on.
In the evening, we went to the restaurant “Kohaku” which is the restaurant of Japanese foods. I ate “Ebi Tempura Udon”. It was very delirious and it made me miss Japanese food.
Day3
We got up early that morning and we went around the hotel. And we went to the cafe “WAVES”.
I can made a lot of memories in Vancouver. I also hang out with the small souvenir shop’s owner, did a lot of walking and sightseeing, and had fun and fulfilling three days!

This was my first time to play golf. It’s was very fun but little difficult for me

Thanks giving day 📅September 30th to October 2nd
I was enjoy the “Thanks giving day”! I went to a different party every day. I ate many Filipino food and turkey and some desserts. And, I got along with many people who went to that party. I talked a lot, played with children, and so on.

Wells Gray Provincial Park Day 📅October,14th
We saw the 3 waterfalls. There were very big and beautiful. We walk in the forest.
In the bus, we ate some snacks, talk a lot and so on. It was very fun day!

My birthday 📅October 19th
My class mates, teachers, host family, roommates and food bank staffs celebrated my birth day. I was very happy. I turned 20 years old. I thought I would continue to do my best to be myself. Thank you every one♡

O’Keefe Ranch and Falkland Day 📅October 21th
In O’Keefe Ranch, we saw some animals, tried the corn maze and so on.
And in Falkland, we went to haunted house, went to museum.
We was able to enjoy nature, feel Halloween, and experience history.

Kamloops Museum and Archives 📅October 24th
We went to the museum and we learn about Len Marchand. After went around the museum, we played some games. I played Jenga. It was the most interesting thing I’ve ever done.

Halloween 📅October 31th
My costume was ketchup. And my friend dressed as mustard.
We did pumpkin carving, guessing game and so on.
After going back home, I went to trick or treat with my host sister and her friends.
It’s was very fun for me because it was my first time to do it!

Hockey game Kamloops Blazers VS Red Deer Rebels 📅November 3rd
We went to ice hockey game. It was my first time to see the ice hockey game. It was very fun for me. And Blazers was won the game!

Northern light 📅November 5th
I saw the northern light with my host family. The light was sometimes moving!
I was very happy to can see it!

Dreamcatchers 📅November 7th
We made dreamcatcher. It was little difficult for me. It was my first time to made.
I will display window after go back to Japan.

Remembrance Day 📅November 11th
I went to Remembrance Day ceremony.
There are fighters, police squad, fire brigade, music band coming.
In Japan, people don’t attaching importance to remembrance day. So, this is good experience for me!

First snow 📅November 15th
Today first snow was coming! I was very happy because I can see first snow this year in Canada!

Wine Tour in Kelowna 📅November 18th
Today is very fun day! We went to Summer Hill Pyramid Winery, Down town in Kelowna and Orchard Park.
I can went many places and I can bought many souvenirs.

Santa Parade 📅November 26th
Today we joined the Santa Parade held in down town. We join the parade. It was very cold but very fun!

TRU LEAP Christmas Party 📅December 2nd
I joined the TRU LEAP Christmas party. I enjoyed make Christmas ornament, make gingerbread, do the game and so on.
I am looking forward to Christmas! But, I am little sad because I can’t stay in Canada in Christmas😢
